Our plant and processes are optimised to produce small to medium size metal pressings in high volume. The diverse range of plant we have means we can produce just about anything you might need in the most efficient way and have the capacity to meet demanding schedules and volume requirements.
We manufacture in a range of materials such as mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium and brass, and in gauges from 0.30mm up to 3mm.

Transfer Presses
Modern 200 and 250 Tonne AIDA presses.
Fitted with quick change tooling, microprocessor control, fully automated in-feed and take-off facilities
300 Tonne Rhodes Press
Complete with stagger blanking which optimises material usage, and dedicated double-sided coil feeder, allowing 2 coils up to 3 Tonnes to be loaded at any one time, for minimum downtime between coil changes and higher production efficiency.
A wide range of Platarg Presses
25 Tonne 9 stage and 30 Tonne 10 stage.
Progression Presses
A range of Bruderer Presses
30 Tonnes and 60 tonnes, all fitted with the latest electronic press and tool safety devices. This means that they can be run at high speed without risk of downtime resulting from tool damage.
Zani Presses
130 Tonnes equipped with electronic servo roll feed and tool safety devices.
Single Action Presses
We have over 20 single action presses ranging from 20 Tonnes to 100 Tonnes, ideal where volume or component design means automation isn’t possible, or for single operation finishing.
Stagger Blanking
Assembling and Finishing Facilities
We have a wide range of plant to assist in the final assembly of product, including drilling, tapping, spot and mig welding. Barrelling and cleaning operations are performed in house, while painting, plating and polishing operations are provided by local approved and accredited suppliers. |
