Quality

We are proud of our commitment to Quality and are accredited to ISO/TS 16949 CERT. NO:TS85686, BS EN ISO 9001:2000 CERT. NO: FM12987 and ISO 14001:2004. Quality Management Systems. As a supplier to the automotive industry, we also have a focus on zero defect supply.

All our employees receive the appropriate training they need and there is a rigorous statistical process control system in place.

Also, we are able to supply full PPAP data with documentation and support our automotive customers in their IMDS requirements.

Product Inspection

Our dedicated quality team ensure product conformance through the application of management procedures and process control measures to the manufacturing system.
These controls are operated by both the Quality and
Production personnel during the manufacturing cycle.

Our fully equipped quality department which includes a CMM facility and a comprehensive range of mechanical and electronic measuring equipment is implemented for optimum product inspection.

Environmental

We understand our ethical responsibilities and the impacts that our activities may have on the Environment. This extends to the manufacture of customer products and the environmental effects on our immediate neighbours

We are therefore committed to achieving registration to the EMS 14001
