Consistently high standards in stamping

To keep our people working to optimum quality standards, all members of our metal pressing team (and indeed all staff business-wide) receive training on an ongoing basis. And to ensure consistently high stamping standards, we operate a rigorous process control system.

Moreover, we are able to supply full PPAP data with documentation and support our automotive customers in their IMDS requirements.

Product Inspection

We have a dedicated Quality team which applies best practice procedures and process control measures across the manufacturing system to ensure pressing, stamping or deep drawing conformance. These controls are further enhanced by equally stringent input from our Production team throughout the manufacturing cycle.

With a CMM facility and a comprehensive range of mechanical and electronic measuring equipment implemented for optimum product inspection, we can ensure the highest quality output for you.
