PRECISION METAL STAMPINGS

HT Brigham offers a complete metal pressings service for customers seeking high quality, competitively priced components. We manufacture a wide range of precision metal stampings from simple stamped parts to complex deep drawn components. Excellent plant utilisation, engineering processes and stringent process methodologies are core to our success, enabling us to compete at a global level.

 

With the ability to achieve tight tolerances and a focus on zero defect supply, our expert quality team applies best practice procedures and process control measures across the manufacturing system, to ensure metal stamping conformance. These controls are further enhanced by equally stringent input from our production team throughout the manufacturing process.

A comprehensive range of mechanical and electronic measuring equipment has been implemented for optimum product inspection, meaning that we can ensure full compliance to the requirements set and the highest quality output for you. With our in-house CMM facility we can measure the physical dimensions of each component with extreme precision. We pride ourselves in having the ability to manufacture tight tolerance precision metal stampings whilst maintaining low PPM.

A progression press facility up to 400T

Our manufacturing facility is geared towards the production of high volume precision components on progression and transfer presses, ranging in gauge thickness from 0.1mm up to 6mm. With our progression press facility up to 400T, we are able to offer components up to 600mm wide and 3.5mm thick, manufacturing from press tools measuring up to 2500mm long.lous approach, which ensures that we deliver consistent results to our customers time after time.

Our highly skilled engineering team will work very closely with our customers, interrogating the design of the proposed part. This is so that we can choose the most effective manufacturing route and achieve the very best end result regarding product performance.
